It is obvious that the composers penned this hit patterned after Mickey & Sylvia’s  “Love Is Strange.” But I love them both and the fans did too.

This was the couples’ second charting single,  reaching #2 R&B and #14 Pop. “A Fool in Love” was their first hit single.  This tune gave the husband and wife duo their first Grammy nomination.

old classics is many many times better than the new songs
