Karen Carpenter had such a beautiful, beautiful soulful voice. It’s is unfortunate that I don’t think she ever realized what a wonderful gift she had, and how much we loved her, in her much too short life. This song often brings me to tears. It is from the essential album “Christmas Portrait” that sold a million copies in 1978 and contains the classics “Merry Christmas, Darling” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.”
Please don’t cry (GRIN) … just listen and be happy and enjoy the music.
